Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, with original tags and original product packaging.

To request a return, contact us at papadakism2313@icloud.com before sending anything back. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks and beauty products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
